AS	The requirements of the vehicle-specific approvals must be observed! The approvals can be viewed on our website eibach.ch. General information on Eibach wheel spacers: The wheel spacers are developed with consideration of the original wheels. When using aftermarket and special wheels, especially on vehicles with stud/nut fastening, it must be checked whether the corresponding requirements on the wheel are met (e.g., cutouts for the original studs). In the case of modifications and special accessories (this also applies to original accessories!) such as the installation of a special braking system, central locking wheels, sports suspension, LPG system, etc., our products may not be usable. Furthermore, we point out that the larger the wheel dimension becomes, the more sensitive the steering reacts when installing spacers in relation to vibrations that can arise from inaccurately balanced wheels. Spacers should always be installed by hand. - The use of an electric or pneumatic tool should be avoided, as this may lead to a suboptimal fit of the spacer on the hub centering and thus to unwanted vibrations during operation. Existing centering and mounting aids on the wheel connection surfaces (holding screws, clips, and rings of the brake discs or drums) must be removed.
S9	When using the spacers, it is important to ensure that the wheels used have suitable recesses to accommodate the protruding original wheel bolts, as without these recesses, mounting the wheels or using the spacers is not possible. Please pay particular attention to the protruding length of the original stud bolt. (Example: Stud bolt length 25mm - Spacer width 15mm = 10mm protrusion of the original bolt. Therefore, the depth of the recess should be at least 11mm. Furthermore, the height/width of the recess must be at least 22mm to accommodate the protruding nut.) It is also permissible to shorten protruding wheel bolts with a saw accordingly. (Maximum up to the start of the nut. - We recommend only shortening to the necessary length.) Please consider the usability of all wheels used on the vehicle (e.g., summer/winter wheels)! WARNING: for 15mm spacers, a recess of at least 7mm depth is always necessary (for 20mm spacers at least 2mm), as the mounting nuts protrude over the spacer mounting surface!

Technischer Hinweis bei Fahrzeugen mit Rändelbolzen bzw. Radbefestigung durch Radmuttern

Insbesondere bei Fahrzeugen mit Rändelbolzen ist darauf zu achten, dass bei der Verwendung von Distanzscheiben die eingesetzten Felgen über geeignete Giesstaschen bzw. Aussparungen zur Aufnahme der überstehenden Originalradbolzen verfügen. Ohne diese Aussparungen ist eine korrekte Montage der Felgen und somit die Verwendung der Distanzscheiben nicht möglich.
